Meet the Team

Head of our company are Eyal Raz, C.P.A., and David Ludvinovsky, C.P.A

Eyal Raz is a charted public accountant, entrepreneur, investor, senior financial consultant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various fields of business, among them public advertisement and media companies, property companies, retailers, and companies within the service industry. Eyal has accompanied and closely dealt in optimizing business efficiency, business restructuring as well as rehabilitation and fundraising. He performed and supported due diligence processes, initiated and assisted companies along investments’ exits processes with strategic investors and leading, public traded companies. Eyal has a wide financial and managerial approach and a wide experience as CFO, treasurer, controller and investor. He believes in a personal, direct and practical business approach to fulfill goals and objectives.

David Ludvinovsky is a charted public accountant, financial investor and entrepreneur in Bio-Agrotech, Green-Tech and High-Tech. He has an international education in accounting, economics and finance from leading universities in Europe. The years he spent abroad have provided him with a wide business perspective, moreover, serving him with international business connections. He previously worked as CFO in an Israeli Start-Up that was floated in England, as well as a senior financial consultant and a senior financial risk management consultant to some of the most prestigious Israeli publicly traded companies and private firms.

David possesses a wide understanding in local and international money and capital markets. Along with his proficiency as a finance and investment person, he strongly believes in a humanistic approach to life, and he considers business as an additional creative approach to work with people in order to fulfill common goals and objectives. As part of his contribution to society, he lectures voluntarily on various finance, economics and entrepreneurship subjects on behalf of Lesson One Association and the Institute of Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
